This program is designed for the angler with some fly fishing experience. Fishing Creek, our home stream in northeastern Pennsylvania, is a lovely freestone trout stream that offers some incredible fly fishing opportunities.

Our private water boasts a healthy population of big fish - you’ll be surprised at the number, size, and condition of the fish. The originally stocked fish are now as wary and selective as the wild fish and just a beautiful.

The managed water is strictly catch and release, no-kill, fly fishing only, and carefully regulated to assure anglers of a quality experience on one of the coldest freestone trout streams in Pennsylvania. As with all freestone steams, our best fishing is April, May, June & October.

Our guides are also instructors and have worked with us for many years. They are professionals and are very good at what they do. Whatever your skill level is, you will benefit from spending a guided day on our stream.

When working with less experienced anglers, your guide will explain fly selection, positions, presentation, knots, and leader construction. Ask questions as they will be your tutor for the day. The experienced angler can have as much or as little assistance as he wishes.

If possible, we suggest coming on a weekday as there are fewer anglers on the water and the guides can show you more water and move around freely. But more importantly, come whenever you can. We’re quite sure you’ll be impressed with the stream and the fish.

Guided fishing days are 9:00-5:00. Lunch is included. $395 for one person, $450 for two, 2 anglers per guide. Independent fishing can be arranged for the evening. Fishing gear is available, if needed, at no charge. PA Fishing License with trout stamp and guide tips are not included.
