Come along with us to Coyhaique River Lodge (CRL) in Northern Patagonia, Chile. This new lodge, owned and operated by the Urrejola family, is located in the Aysen region which is said to offer the most spectacular wild and inspiring experiences available on earth. In the heart of the surrounding Andes Mountain Range lay countless rivers, streams, spring creeks and secret lakes. CRL has many special waters for guests to choose from each day. With this many choices, there are always options no matter what the weather.
The lodge is located on 40 acres just 5 miles outside the city of Coyhaique on the banks of the Coyhaique River. The 10,000 square foot lodge is designed to greet and host visitors who have come to enjoy the magnificent beauty of the region. Two queen-size beds in each of the eight large guest rooms will spoil even the most particular of guests. After fishing, enjoy a local Pisco Sour or a glass of fine Chilean wine on the large deck overlooking the river and endless mountains beyond.
Coyhaique River Lodge is also designed and equipped for non-angling spouses and partners. There are many ways to experience the local area whether it be by horseback, trekking, mountain bike or kayak. For the less adventurous there is Condor watching, Chilean cooking classes, weaving classes, and visits to local estancias and festivals.
